At 15:10 on April 23, tourist train Y932 departed from Urumqi Railway Station, marking the inaugural run of Xinjiang's first "New Orient Express" tourist train this year. With the launch of the new "New Orient Express," Xinjiang's railway tourism is transitioning from "time- and area-restricted sightseeing" to "all-season, all-region experiences."

This year, the railway authorities in Xinjiang plan to operate 100 tourist trains, including 35 "New Orient Express" trains, which will run on a regular schedule through October, averaging three trips per month.
