Post-Holiday Work Resumption Accelerates on Chongqing Section
of Xi'an-Chongqing High Speed Railway

At the beginning of the new year, construction on the Chongqing section of the Xi'an-Chongqing High Speed Railway has rapidly resumed. The line runs from Xi’an to Chongqing, with a total length of 739 kilometers and a designed speed of 350 km/h. It is an important component of both the Beijing-Kunming corridor and the Baotou (Yinchuan)-Haikou corridor under the "Eight North-South and Eight East-West" Corridors high-speed railway network.
